The pandemic crisis has increased drastically the risks in each company, and many of them have experienced supply and demand shocks.

New Normal

In order to direct positive changes during the crisis, our project seeks to influence (facilitate) the creation of a win-win situation for both employers and employees. It aims to do so by providing representatives of the former with insight into the best strategies and actions for managing change, by informing them of their obligations under the legislative framework on information and consultation standards, and by outlining the benefits of planning change in conjunction with employee representatives.

Identify manufacturing companies that have responded to and are managing change caused by COVID-19 crises in terms of worker protection, risk management and productivity. Gathering best practices.

Adaptation of transnational and national workers' involvement mechanisms to integrate approaches to productive performance management with policies to maintain physical distance and remote working.
